The house comes with all appliances, including: washer, dryer, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, electric four-burner cook stove and oven, range hood, and a new microwave that sits on its own microwave shelf, to save counter space. There's a water softener, and new water heater in the garage. Plenty of storage in the cabinets and under the kitchen island for your kitchen utensils, appliances and dishes.

Air Conditioning and Heating

This house has central air conditioning and heating.  Since the installation of the new roof, we have noticed the house stays cooler in summer.  The central heat also works quite well, should Florida's weather require it. An air filtration system is integrated with the central HVAC system.

See the Exterior

The house is located on the water with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Just drop your boat into the canal with the electric davits. The canals are like the streets of a neighborly town, and they're inclined to wave and chat with you as you pass by in your boat. Access to the neighborhood boat launch is available from the Gulf Harbors Homeowner's Association. The garage has an electric opener with remote. The home has fully functioning storm shutters on all windows, for safety in inclement weather. The entire exterior footing of the home has been sealed against moisture. The back yard has its own sea wall and dock.  Don't have time to hop in your boat? You can fish right off the sea wall!

Watch water birds & ocean wildlife

Throughout the year you can see many sea birds, along with jumping fish, the occasional stingray, and even dolphins and manatees!  Also, a number of fish can be found in the canals of Gulf Harbors.  Neighbors have caught numerous fish right from their seawalls, including redfish, snook, jack, tarpon, mangrove snapper, and catfish.

Great Blue Herons and White Egrets often stop over in the back yards of the homes along the canals.  You'll look right out of the sunroom to see these amazing birds. They are always ready for a free hand-out of small fish, and are great eliminators of pests as they patrol the seawalls.  You can also see Florida sea gulls, woodpeckers, doves, and even the occasional pelican.  A resident flock of Green Amazon Parrots frequents the neighborhood, most likely the descendants of lost pet parrots (like many of us, parrots are not native to Florida, but have made it our home).
